Choice Theory®, developed by Dr William Glasser, offers a clear and profound explanation of human motivation and behaviour. Reality 'Therapy', is a process for addressing the key questions that can promote personal change and transform our approach to life and work.

Participants in CT/RT Training come from a wide range of vocations, but chiefly from areas in which the understanding of behaviour is crucial to effectiveness, such as business, education, counseling, or service occupations.

Training in Choice Theory® and Reality Therapy can empower you to:

  • Understand your own motives.
  • Set and attain goals.
  • Manage others effectively.
  • Improve relationships and interpersonal skills.
  • Understand other people in the workplace.
  • Develop skilful questioning to promote change.
