Leadership Circles
Rob Stones is able to facilitate Leadership Circles by permission of the owner, developer and trademark owner of Leadership Circles, Ken Gilbert of Ken Gilbert & Associates Pty Ltd (ABN: 59 055 875 968) trading as The Growing Edge Consulting Service.
Leadership Circles
- Are regular meetings of leaders and managers with similar job challenges
- Are confidential, challenging and collaborative
- Are facilitated by experienced and skilled facilitators
- Leadership circles have been used by leaders and managers of many organisations for more than 10 years to help themselves improve their performance and job
Leadership Circles meet approximately 10 times, during a 12 month period and include:
- Breakfast or dinner
- Catch-up discussion
- Guest speaker (topics suggested by members)
- Discussion of current issues and concerns(including guest speaker session)
- Topic of concern (introduced and led by a group member)
- Conclusion / forward planning
Venues, times and session design are decided by members of the leadership circle
- Members are visited by the Circle facilitator on-site, early in the life of the circle. Members are encouraged to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of each session and plan how to apply the content of each session to their own situation.
- Summative and formative evaluation data is used to improve Leadership Circles.
