Rob Stones is the owner of the personal advisory and training business which trades as FutureShape.
Rob provides confidential advice and coaching to clients from many different spheres, and also offers a wide variety of training and development solutions to individuals, businesses and schools.Career Experience
For 21 years a High School Principal, Rob has also been a consultant, training facilitator, mentor and coach for more than three decades.
FutureShape provides wide-ranging services in leadership development, personal and executive coaching, self and peer assessment instruments and innovative workshop facilitation.
Rob has worked as a facilitator with many schools, universities and organisations.
He has been a recognised mentor and coach throughout his career, and takes delight in the progress and achievements of others.
As a school Principal Rob led many innovative programs include the FutureShape student leadership program. He has had a sustained passion for leadership development and has worked as a mentor coach and workshop leader in many leadership development programs.

Rob's practical qualifications include:
- Accreditation with the Centre for Creative Leadership (USA) for the delivery of 360° assessments
- Accreditation with the APP to use the MBTI step 1 and step 2 type indicators
- Training as a development coach with the Centre for Creative Leadership (USA).
- Registration as an Instructor with the William Glasser Institute Australia and the William Glasser Institute International.
- Training as a Leadership and Culture Toolkit Facilitator and Coach of facilitators with the Queensland Department of Education.
- NLP training with Richard Bowie.
Rob is the recipient of a Paul Harris Fellowship from the Rotary Club of Broadwater-Southport.
